Austin, TX based Mexican American singer, songwriter, producer, and frontman of the band Easy Compadre. Over the last 15 years Tednoir has developed an eclectic musical style that draws inspiration on genres spanning from world beat, surf, psychedelic rock, new wave, electronic pop, cumbia, and Mexican folk. His writing style feeds off his formation as a visual artist (Graphic Design Bachelors Degree), tying up sonic and visual elements from the moment a song idea comes to mind. A common trait in Tednoir’s music is the jumping back and forth between nostalgic dancing grooves and reflective socio-political concise lyrics.
